Request for Qualifications for Auditing Firm
The Town of Guernsey, Wyoming is accepting statements of qualification from Certified Public Accountants interested in entering in serving as the Town’s Auditor to perform a one-time forensic Audit.
Submissions should include experience preparing for and conducting a Forensic Audit for other Wyoming towns, experience working with the Wyoming Department of Audit and State Loan Investment Board while conducting audits for other Wyoming towns.
Written statements shall be received before 4:00 p.m. on December 31, 2025.
Proposals are to be delivered to Guernsey Town Hall, Attn: Town Clerk/Treasurer, 81 W. Whalen Street, P.O. Box 667, Guernsey, Wyoming 82214. The Town of Guernsey reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. The Town reserves the right to waive any irregularities or technicalities in the submittals as it deems appropriate to best serve the public interest.
