NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR TAX DEED
Notice is hereby given that as holder of Certificate of Purchase Number 9626 for real estate sold for delinquent taxes that a Tax Deed shall be requested pursuant to Wyoming Statute 39-13-108.
Pursuant to the requirements of Wyoming Statute 39-13-108(e)(v)(C)(I) through (VII) be advised that:
On the 14th day of July, 2020, Gooseberry Creek Ventures LLC purchased the Certificate of Purchase for the delinquent taxes, penalty, interest and costs thereon for the year 2019.
