PRESENT: CM Augustyn, Mayor Pro Tem; CM Delgado; CM Kelley. Absent: Mayor Paustian; CM Harris.
STAFF: P. Hebbert.
REGISTERED GUESTS: J. Michaels, P. Russell.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Augustyn called the meeting to order at 4:01 pm.
AGENDA: CM Delgado motioned to approve the agenda. CM Kelley seconded. The motion carried.
RESOLUTION 2022-006/ARPA APPLICATION SUBMISSION: CM Kelley motioned to approve Resolution 2022-006 authorizing the submission of an application to the State Loan and Investment Board for a grant in the amount of $250,000 through the Water and Sewer ARPA grant program. CM Delgado seconded. The motion carried.
CERTIFICATION STATEMENT/ARPA APPLICATION: CM Delgado motioned to approve the Office of State Lands and Investments, Water and Sewer ARPA Grant Program Certification Statement. CM Kelley seconded. The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT: With no further business, CM Delgado motioned that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by CM Kelley. The motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 4:04 pm.
