A celebration of life for Charles will be held October 15, 2025 at the Slater Hall near Wheatland at 1 p.m.
Mr. Randolf was born June 28, 1956 in Cheyenne to Patrick Randolph and Georgia Atteberry. He has two surviving brothers, Brett and Mark Randolph.
He worked 40 years for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad. He was a staunch democrat and heavily involved in the railroad union. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Susan Randolph.
