WHEATLAND – In an effort to address community concerns, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department is hosting a special meeting at the First State Bank Conference Center in Wheatland on May 28 at 6 p.m. to address proposed changes to mountain lion hunting seasons.
The proposed Chapter 42 changes can be viewed on the Game and Fish website (https://wgfd.wyo.gov/get-involved/public-meetings).
Wildlife managers will present the proposed changes and will address questions. All interested individuals are encouraged to attend and submit written comments. Written comments will be accepted through 5 p.m. on June 10, and may be submitted either online, at any public meeting, or by mail to:
