NOTICE OF PROBATE OF ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM A. ROESCH:
You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of June 2022, the Last Will and Testament of William Alan Roesch was admitted to probate by the above-named Court, and that Mildred K. Roesch was appointed Personal Representative thereof on the 28th day of June 2022. Any action to set aside said Will must be filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court and for Platte County, Wyoming within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said Decedent or to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment to the Estate of William A. Roesch, c/o Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC, Attorney Rachael L. Buzanowski, 300 E. 18th Street, P.O. Box 346, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82003.
Creditors having claims against said Decedent or the Estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, which first publication is made on July 19th, 2022, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
