WYOMING – Dymond Dimas, multi-sport student athlete at Guernsey High School has been selected to serve on the WHSAA Student Advisory Council.
Dimas competes in basketball and volleyball for the Vikings. She will attend training, possibly debut on WHSAA’s sportsmanship videos at culminating events, and most of all be recognized for her character and leadership she has shown during competitions, in the classroom, and in her community.

According to The Wyoming High School Activities Association, WHSAA, the Student Advisory Council reminds you to live THE 307 WAY. What is The 307 Way?
The number “3” represents the three opportunities (Academics, Activities and Athletics) that are provided by our member schools. The “0” indicates our tolerance for poor sportsmanship.
The “7” stand for the seven ideals of The 307 WAY:  RESPECT the participants, officials, fans, your school, and your opponents, ENCOURAGE supporting both teams and the officials in a positive way, Hold yourself and others ACCOUNTABLE for the actions taken at ALL EVENTS, LEAD those around you in The 307 WAY, Be a positive INFLUENCE on players, coaches, officials, and fans. Show TENACITY in promoting positive behavior at school events. And Hold YOURSELF to the highest standard when it comes to The 307 WAY!
The Student Advisory Council asks all involved to “Help us make the 307 Way a reality at all WHSAA events.”
