GUERNSEY – Portions of the town experienced a power outage on Saturday after an evening storm blustered through town.
Wind gusts in caused a large branch from a tree to land across all three phases of electrical lines. Public works director Mike Fronapfel said one of the town’s electrical circuits was shut down for an hour while the branch was removed and power restored.
