PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Guernsey will be accepting proposals from interested parties for the (Design, Bid, Build) Rail Spur Expansion Project at the Guernsey Industrial Park. The project includes adding approximately 950’ of track, a road crossing and a loading dock. Only qualified Bidders with prior experience in Design and Construction of Railway and BNSF standards will be considered.
Proposals will be accepted up until 11 am on September 6, 2019 at Town Hall, 81 W Whalen Street, PO Box 667, Guernsey WY 82214.
