The Town of Guernsey is requesting proposals from engineering firms or individuals with experience and expertise developing municipal planning documents dealing with Federal TAP Grant approved Walking Trails.
The Town of Guernsey will accept proposals until March 19, 2019 at 2 pm. The proposal shall be enclosed in an envelope clearly labeled “Town of Guernsey Walking Trail Connector.” The Town of Guernsey reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or reject any or all proposals with or without cause. Three (3) hard copies and one (1) digital copy of the proposal shall be submitted along with a separate seal bid amount to the following address:

The work to be performed under this project shall consist of Project Design and Construction Documents for the project listed below.
The Guernsey Walking Trail Connector project will include approximately 1,410 linear feet of 10 foot (10’) wide four inch (4”) thick concrete walkway.
This project is funded through a Federal TAP Grant from WYDOT. All design documents shall meet the current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Preliminary 35% Design Documents have been prepared by Western Research & Development, Inc. and will be available for review after February 26th, 2019 by contacting Matt Allred at The Town of Guernsey offices or by phone (307) 836-2335 or email at matt@togwy.us
Proposals will be evaluated using the criteria stated in the Brooks Act. Proposals received after March 19, 2019 by 2 pm will be returned to the proposing firm unopened. Questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed to:
