Present: Mayor Delgado, CM Harris, CM Martinez, CM Whitworth, CM Kelley
Staff: K. Farmer, Sergeant VanDam, Officer Orr, Judge Conner

Guests: Christa Bartel, Ada Pulos, Beverly Spungin, Kellie Augustyn, Joe Michaels
Mayor Delgado called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. The assembly joined in the Pledge of Allegiance and was welcomed to the meeting.
Agenda: CM Whitworth moved to approve the agenda, seconded by CM Kelley. Vote taken and motion carried with 5 ayes.
Minutes: CM Harris moved to approve the minutes from November 20, 2018 as presented, seconded by CM Whitworth. Vote taken and motion carried with 5 ayes.
Consideration of Claims: Mayor Delgado presented the vouchers for approval. CM Whitworth moved to approve the Considerations of Claims in the amount of $105,820.89, seconded by CM Kelley. Vote taken and motion carried with 5 ayes. Public Comments: Ada Pulos spoke to the Council about cleaning the walk around the Senior Center. The director won’t pay someone to clean the walks off and is having the kitchen staff in charge of it. Ada asked if the town would clean off the side walk on the north side and west side of the Senior Center. CM Whitworth moved to do snow removal around the senior center on the north and west sides, seconded by CM Kelley. Vote taken and motion carried with 5 ayes. Joe Michaels said that the Lions Club will be doing the Christmas baskets and toys on December 22nd. He thanked Hub City, Guernsey Volunteer Fire Department and the Hartville Fire Department for all their hard work during the Hub City Toy Run. The Lions Club would like the Town to know that the money raised will be spent in Guernsey at Guernsey businesses.
Department Reports: Judge Conner reported for November 27 cases, disposed of 14 and carried over 26 with a total revenue of $1,855.00. Sergeant VanDam reported that the department is seeing an increase in agency assists, medical calls, suspicious calls and welfare checks. Traffic offenses were up due to the transient workers.
Mayor& Council Reports: CM Harris thanked anyone that helped or donated to the Toy Run and it was very successful. Mayor Delgado thanked the Lion’s Club and Hub City. Good job to the Town crew on the winter weather clean up that we have endured.
Announcements: 12/5 – Winter’s Eve, All I Want for Christmas…, 12/14 – Ornament Class for Children, GS School 1:45 pm
Adjournment: With no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Delgado called for a motion to adjourn. CM Kelley moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:18 pm, seconded by CM Harris. Vote taken, and motion carried with 5 ayes.
