Lodisa E. “Dicey” Morris, 86, of Cheyenne formerly of Wheatland, died on Friday, January 22, 2010 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.

She was born on April 23, 1923 in Fort Laramie, WY to Bert and Sarah E. (Blair) Haynes. She was a homemaker and a mother. She was a Protestant.

She is survived by one son, Wayne Milton of Cheyenne; daughter, Shirley McLelland of Cheyenne; sisters, Dorothy Pyle of Fort Laramie, WY and Charlotte Weatherread of Texas; seven grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Tyler Milton and Dwain Milton.

A memorial service was held Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Wheatland All Saints Episcopal Church with the Reverend Lori Modesitt officiating. Cremation has taken place at Schrader’s Sunset Park Crematory.
