There may still be cool temperatures and snow on the ground, but planning for the annual July 4th celebration is underway now to assure a successful and enjoyable day for all in our area.

Organizers are hoping to build on last year’s list of activities but to do so will require more help from local volunteers.

If you would be willing to help in any way, please attend a short meeting this Thursday, January 28th at Guernsey City Hall at 7 p.m.

The meeting will address events, times and we hope to set up a planning timeline.
