Vets to be honored in Friday program

GUERNSEY--The annual Veteran’s Day program will be held Friday, November 9 at 9 a.m. in the Guernsey-Sunrise East Gym.

The community is invited to hear Mr. Larry Bartellbort, Director of the Wyoming Veteran’s Commission, speak about the Wyoming Honor Flight Program. World War II veterans and their family members will be recognized.

The Veteran’s Day program was established several years ago through the Community Education program and is intended to honor all area U. S. veterans. All are welcomed and encouraged to attend this special event.
